What we collect
When you request quotes we collect the details you give us: the service you need, the suburb or postcode of the property, whether you own it, your timeframe, your name, mobile number and email address, and whether you agreed to SMS contact.
How we use it
We use your details to match your request with local cleaning professionals who can quote on the work. Quotes are sent to you directly. We do not sell your information.
SMS contact
If you tick the SMS consent box, a cleaning professional may contact you by SMS about your quote. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Keeping your details safe
Your request is stored securely and only shared with the professionals needed to produce your quotes. We keep it only as long as needed to help you get quotes.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by replying to the message you received from a professional or by contacting us again through this website.
